The Solomon Islands remain one of the most unexplored areas of the world. The remote location east of Papua New Guinea is part of the coral triangle, with some of the healthiest and most diverse reefs in the world.

SOLOMON
ISLANDS

MAGIC!

divermojo-solomon-islands.png

It's history during World War II provides some spectacular coral encrusted wrecks, that offer homes for a huge array of marine life.

Because the Solomon Islands are far off the beaten track, few travelers visit the area. Those who will make the journey will be richly rewarded above and below the water.

The dive sites are pristine and among the 900 Solomon Islands there are still many that have NEVER been explored.

We will be on board for 10 nights. Our itinerary includes stunning walls, astounding drop-offs, caverns and chasms, pristine reefs, huge schools of jacks, barracuda, fusiliers, a staggering variety of nudibranchs, cuttlefish, bobbit worms, seahorses, mandarin fish, bumphead parrot fish to name a few. The color and abundance of the soft corals are indescribable.

We will be diving aboard the Solomons Master.

This steel hulled boat is 111’ long (34 m) and very spacious for a total of 16 divers. It has all side by side beds in the comfortable, en-suite cabins. The boat is scheduled for a full interior refit in March 2025, so it will be even more beautiful and comfortable. The food is rated above expectations and the large dive deck and lounge areas provide everything you need for the trip of a lifetime.

We will have the opportunity to discover the Solomon Islands' cultural diversity and traditions that continue to play a key part in the day-to-day lives of the islanders. Islanders will visit our liveaboard in their dugout canoes, providing fresh vegetables, and woodcarvings. We will also make a stop on a small local island to experience the local atmosphere and warm welcome is assured! About a third of the islands are inhabited and remain as they have been for centuries, without electricity and focused on agriculture.

Space is extremely limited for this expedition.
